I am a global technology executive with 30+ years of strategic leadership across Hewlett-Packard (1989–2007), IBM (2007–2021), Kyndryl (2021–2024), and Arth Group (2024–present). My career spans enterprise architecture, global delivery leadership, outsourcing deal solutioning, IT transformation, and AI strategy — across Banking, Financial Services, Aerospace & Defence, Government, and Public Sector in Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Americas.
I currently serve as Global CTO at Arth Group, where I am leading an AI-first, Agentic-AI architecture and cloud-native transformation programme, including EU AI Act governance implementation. Prior to this, as Director at Kyndryl's Global Solutions Integration Hub, I closed a $1.7B deal — the company's largest single portfolio transaction — while maintaining an 80%+ win rate across European markets.
At IBM, I eliminated $250M+ in post-signing cost gaps across 100+ outsourcing contracts with $10B+ in total contract value, and rebuilt client NPS from negative to +47 through a global transformation programme that I designed and led. I was also part of the leadership team that scaled IBM's India delivery footprint to 25,000+ professionals across six centres, contributing $9B+ in new business.
